Let us answer the question you are probably already asking. Yes, Ohana Connect does capture audio. That is how it can detect things like falls, distress, and changes in vocal patterns over time. But only audio relevant to care insights is ever retained, everything else is automatically deleted and is never accessible to anyone. No one is listening to your loved one’s daily conversations. The system simply does not keep them. This is care, not surveillance.
