Yes. Our overnight care is provided through awake shifts, which means the caregiver remains awake and available for the full shift. They are ready to provide assistance whenever it is needed during the night.

Is it possible to arrange overnight care at the last minute?

Whenever possible, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice. However, we understand that care needs can change unexpectedly and will do our best to accommodate urgent requests, including arranging care on shorter notice when availability allows.

How are emergencies handled during an overnight shift?

Our caregivers are trained to respond appropriately when an emergency occurs. They can also access our nursing support team at any time. If emergency medical assistance is required, the caregiver will contact emergency services and notify the appropriate family member.
